Joel Moore
Pastor-Teacher
Joel serves as our primary teacher and shepherd, faithfully guiding the church through biblical preaching and spiritual care. His heart for the body is reflected in his oversight of many hands-on ministries, including:
- Baptism – Helping believers take the next step of obedience in publicly declaring their faith in Christ.
- Music Ministry – Leading a Christ-centered worship culture that engages the heart and mind in praise.
- Awana – Equipping children to know, love, and serve Jesus through Scripture memorization and weekly discipleship.
- Hospitality – Encouraging a warm and welcoming environment for members and visitors alike.
- Facilities & Groundskeeping – Ensuring our church grounds and buildings remain a functional and inviting space for ministry.
- Children's Ministry & Nursery – Providing a safe and nurturing place for our youngest attenders to learn about God's love.
- Security – Overseeing the safety of our congregation during services and events.
Brett Clark
Treasurer
Brett serves as our church’s Treasurer and brings a heart for both stewardship and discipleship. His ministry responsibilities reflect a passion for the spiritual and practical growth of the church:
- Biblical Counseling – Walking with individuals and couples through life’s challenges using the wisdom of God’s Word.
- Youth Ministry – Investing in the next generation through teaching, mentorship, and events that point teens to Christ.
- Men's Ministry – Encouraging men to grow in faith, servant leadership, and biblical integrity.
- Deacons – Supporting and equipping the deacon body in their service to the church.
- Missions – Coordinating support and awareness for local and global gospel outreach.
- Finances – Stewarding church resources with transparency and care, ensuring accountability in all financial matters.
- Outreach & Evangelism – Encouraging a culture of gospel witness both in our local community and beyond.
Anthony Mawhorter
Chairman of the Elder Board
As Chairman of the Elder Board, Anthony leads with wisdom, clarity, and a deep commitment to the health of the body. His areas of oversight reflect a desire to see every believer rooted and growing in Christ:
- Membership – Guiding individuals through the membership process and fostering belonging within the body.
- Men’s Leadership Development – Training and mentoring men for spiritual leadership in their homes, church, and communities.
- Women’s Ministry – Supporting the spiritual growth and fellowship of women through teaching, discipleship, and community.
- Adult Sunday School – Overseeing biblically sound, engaging adult education that builds up the faith.
- Benevolence – Coordinating care and practical support for members in times of need.
- Technology & Equipment – Managing tools and systems that support worship and communication.
- Care Groups – Promoting intentional community through small group fellowship, prayer, and accountability.
- Discipleship – Encouraging all believers to grow deeper in their walk with Christ through intentional mentorship and biblical study.

- Care GroupsOur Care Groups provide opportunities for members to meet together informally in small groups for fellowship, discipleship, and practicing the One-Anothers.
